I have been burning with Nero for a while and had good luck with it. But when i first started out I used Nero dvd-rom(iso/udf) mode to burn the VIDEO_TS folder. None of the burns would work on my set top player but would on other friends players. Finally i read to use the dvd-rom(udf) mode with physical partition 1.02. I tried that and thats what i have been using ever since. BUT those that i burn in this UDF mode will not work on my friends players. What i wanna find out is if there is a happy medium? I think the next Physical Partition is 1.5. Has anyone experimented with this setting? I hate to burn movies and only work on my player. I would like family/friends to be able to watch these movies. Also DVD5 movies that i rip will work fine burnt with Stomp but DVD9 movies stripped and then burnt with Stomp will not work with my player. any help appreicated!
