Is anyone familiar with a software program called Replicant? I just got a pop up advertising it. It sounds too good to be true.
Thanks,

Man, I wouldn't bother with this.
It's just another 'program' that packages open-source/freeware apps into a so-called 'suite'. And charges for the 'effort'. Better to get the apps yourself, and just read up a bit.
Incidentally, here's what it consists of (with version #'s):
DVDx - 2.0
SmartRipper - 2.41
Tmpge - beta 12a (OMG!!)
VCDEasy - 1.1.2
VCDImager - 0.6.2 rc2
Definitely not worth the 'price of admission', IMO.....
A better 'suite' would be something like DVD2DVDR, or DVD2SVCD. Both free (except for the CCE proggy). I've used both (as many others have), and they do the job fairly quickly. -
For real DVD compliant files suitable for DVD+/-R-RW you have to put in the time. You can not fit 10 gallons of water into a 5 gallon bucket either.
