    I have recently purchased a DVD player that will play VCD and SVCD. I burnt one VCD and viewd it, but the quality was terrible.

    Is there anywhere I can get an ISO or Bin/Cue of a VCD and SVCD of the best quality that I can try on my DVD player?

    maybe you should try downloading an AVI on kazaa(look at the resolution, if its more than 400*500 its good quality) and convert it do an SVCD (you'll find info about how doing that on this site)

    I have done all of that. I have converted TV shows to VCD and some home movies.

    I am just trying to get an 'ideal' benchmark.
