TMPGEnc problem with "ntdll.dll"?!?!?!!?

Hi

i just captured something from tv, have done it as AVI File (Video Codec is XviD MPEG-4, Audio is MP3 at 256 kbps.). When i try to convert it as VCD MPEG Movie with TMPEnc i get following warning:

Write error occured at adress 77F436F7 with module ntdll.dll with 00000000

Why!?
When i try to convert it with Ulead Video Studio 6 as VCD, picture is not so good like with TMPGEnc, and picture/audio become asyncron...

Plz help me, don't know what to do. NERO encodes the AVI File syncron to VCD, but not with a good picture!

Yeah,I have had that problem too but I just reinstalled TMPEnc and now it works fine again.Try reinstall it if you haven´t yet!
