Donīt know if that is the right term, but resulting picture on VCD looks like an encrypted DVD (blocks) and sound is very "noisy" with some kind of "Morse-Code" in the background.
Source material are musicclips (mpg) from the internet. Some work, others show above artefacts. I usually work under Linux, but effect also takes place under Win using Tmpegenc and WinCDR.
My hardware is a JVC R2626 burner and a Matshita DVD drive.
The source mpg-file looks great, my bin-image looks great and also WinCDR gives me no error message. But the burnt VCD has the artefacts.
Anyone ever had the same troubles?
