I want to add black bars in Windows media player how?

Hi I have an question I thought about quite some thimes now.

Sometimes i see mpeg & avis in Windows Media Player v6.4 (My favorite player)

And the problem is that some clips i see have an desortion at the bottom of the screen its an line that goes horisontly over the screen. (usually clips recorded from VHS-tapes)

I know that BsPlayer have the option to Pan & scan like I zoom the screen.

But the Question is: Does it exist any plugin or an player that youst add an black bar over the disortion youst like an subtitle or so. Cus I dont want to re-encode the clip and add black mask in tmpgenc or Pan & Scan it in BsPlayer.

FFdshow will let you crop out pictures during playback. no need to re-encode.
