    Hi,

    does any 1 know if it is possible to produce an mpeg 2 file with 5.1 sound using Cinema Craft Encoder??

    You can do it, but you do not process the sound in CCE. You leave it seperate, and create only the M2V file with Cinema Craft. Your AC3 file can be muxed back in later, or imported into your DVD authoring software.
