    Can I make chapters with TMPGEnc plus 2.5?
    If I can...How do I do it?
    If I cant ...Is possible to do it with help of an other program.
    If it is..with what program?

    No, TMPGenc just makes the MPEG file. Chapters are made by the burning software/VCDImager XML file.

    Take a look to the left under "author" you can find faqs to make/burn x(S)VCDs with chapters (aka entry points). If all you want is simple 'chapters' then try VCDEasy, for more advance features try TSCV.
