  1. i have been using tmpenc.exe to convert avi to mpeg that is done successfull when i exit the program says
" the instruction at "0x021f1039" referenced memory at "0x02350cd0". The memory could not be "read" click ok to terminate the program
Any how after that i go to nero i drag the file over it adds then when i click burn it says the file invalid need mpeg-1 which was encoded for video cd. it then says the following problems were found, stream encoding which is invalid for vcd and invalid audio stream 44000 hz , 2 channels.
Then says i am creating video cd v2.0 (cd-i player) compliant cd, but the mpeg file is not suitable for such a disc how would u like to proceed 1:turn off standard compliance and continue 2: reencode the video file 3: cancel
i once chose 1 and burned on a cdrw and it played when i burned on a cdr it did not play why? please help tell me what to do!!! please thanks

    Hi

When you use TMPGEnc, "Load" a template, chose a PAL or NTSC VCD template. The output will then be exactly correct for the burning programs.
