If i produce 2 versions of the same fotage one in NTSC other in PAL and burn its with nero, my dvd switch the region each time ????

I'm not sure exactly what the question is.
However, many DVD players are compatible with PAL and NTSC - just encoding in a format does not set the DVD region - normally your DVDr's will be region free (play on any DVD player) unless you set the regions in the VIDEO_TS.IFO when authoring.
I hope that clarifies things for you -
Question is... from where did you get your "footage" ?
And what makes it region 1,2 or free is authoring and not burning.
So if you are meking your own home video, it should be region free.
If you are ripping (backup) DVD, it depends on how you do it. -

Now that I got that out of the way, If your DVD player is compatible with both NTSC\PAL, yes you can place both clips on the same disc and the player will automatically adapt to the proper television standard.
