Mine defaults to the Ligos decoder which I guess comes from MediaStudio Pro and I am not happy with it as it shows interlace lines. I would like WMP to use the Cyberlink PowerDVD decoder instead - is there any way in WMP or XP Pro to choose a default decoder ?

Ligos codec has a high priority so I would use PowerDVD to watch your
videos. -
Thanks. Is there anyway to change the priority?
I use WMP for 90% of the time, mostly for quick test viewing of encoding and/or rendering results. I find it much more convenient than PowerDVD as it loads up much faster and generally uses less mouse clicks to operate, and I do not have to maximise/minimise two separate windows each time (the skin, and the video screen). I only really only use PowerDVD for unlocking DVDs for rips, testing my DVD authoring or for screenshots - I only watch DVDs properly on my standalone.
If there is a way to change this it would be so much more convenient for me.
