divx to vcd

how on earth do i convert a divx to a vcd. i read the instructions in the forum but some of the programs that i have to d/l are not avaliable. can someone help me out? thanks.

thanks for replying. first of all, i have no clue on what i need to d/l. the guide stated that i need "Latest VirtualDub, TMPGEnc, VCDEasy." next i need to install DivX 3.11, DivX 4, DivX 5 and Nimo Codec Pack. which ones do i really need? maybe i am making it harder than it seems.

u need all the software the guide states, the nimo codec pack will install the divx codecs u require
