What is the dfiference between a £30 firewire card and £100 one? Is it the quality or software bundled with it? I have just bought a belkin firewire card for £30 has anyone had any experience with this card?

ussually the software that comes with it more or less ...
i remember paying $800+ for firewire option on some high end capture systems a few years ago ... no difference at all with todays 40$ cards . in fact the new ones are better ..
