  1. I tried to make an svcd using virtual dub and TmPGEnc but had this problem. When I tried to make the wav file of the movie as soon as I clicked save an error came up (it didn't stay on the screen long enough for me to read it). I tried just encoding with TmPGEnc but it said this about the audio file "avi can not open, or unsupported". I am using the svcd guide on this site. Any ideas? Thanks

    Do you have the right codecs on? DivX, XviD, etc.

  3. I've got the nimo 5 codecs pack. Do I need anything else?

    I don't have the Nimo codecs pack, so I'm not sure.

    Install DivX and XviD, and your avi should then work.

  5. From where did you get AVI file ?? Is it output from editing tool ?
