help me edit this bin/cue file.

I extracted the bin/cue from a rar file, and when I went to burn as usual, Nero told me that there was an error in line 1. Now this has happened to me before, and I figured out that I needed to edit the file. But this time, after I deleted the first part of the filename, I still could not burn it. I kept getting the same error message about line 1. could someone tell me what I need to do to solve this problem? Do I need to add a path name or something? I mean I did exactly what I did in the past and last time it worked. Here is what I am working with:

"F:\ftf-25hr1.bin" BINARY

I changed it to ftf-25hr1.bin

what did I do wrong?
