  1. OK, I followed the VCD tutorial on VCDhelp.com and i converted everything correctly. I burned it with Roxio's Easy CD Creator the Video CD. WORKED in the past. Well. I burned it and all.. then today when I put the cd in the DVD player (Toshbia SD3750) it doesn't even play makes weird ass noises and then a PBC things comes on the players LCD screen. I tired 3 different brands of media... Whats wrong?

  2. Easy CD Creator is not known for being very good at VCD authoring...

Have you tried Nero or VCDEasy?

  3. Yeh, I tired VCDEasy, But it made a Bin and cue file. I got some error when trying to get the CDRAIO to work.

  4. Does VCDEasy say that your ASPI layer is valid (bottom right hand corner)?

If not, then close VCDEasy, and download and install ForceASPI ( http://www.vcdhelp.com/tools ).

    After you install, REBOOT immediately.

    Then, try again.

CDRDAO will work with essentially ALL modern internal IDE burners.

Alternatively, you can use CDRWin to burn the CUE/BIN images. Nero can sort of do it too (but it is not generally recommeneded unless you can't get CDRDAO working).

  7. Does "ASPI Layer looks valid: Yes" come up on the bottom left hand corner of VCDEasy?
