Hi
Can anybody help me. I tried to make a backup of a DVD and it needed to be re-encoded. I used DVD-decrypter only main movie, then ifoedit0.95 to strip it but it was still too large. Then I used rempeg2 and remuxed it with ifoedit and the backup was perfect. The only problem was that rempeg didn't use both my processors to encode so it took 15 hours to encode.. Then I would try to use Tmpgenc to re-encode it and here the problems starts:
1. I open dvd2avi and save the d2v and ac3 file.
2. Start tmpgenc -> selecting d2v file -> Setting bitrate -> load tmpgenc file from ifoedit and 10 hours later I get a fine m2v file.
3. I start ifoedit -> load vts****.vob. -> vobmenu -> select remux -> select m2v file BUT when i hit OK ifoedit freezes and are not responding anymore...
Any bright soul out-there that can help me with this problem??
best regards

Remuxing an m2v created by Tmpeg in Ifoedit if it worked you would find the audio out synch. Use Ifoedit.95 in it's DVD author mode. Load the m2v and ac3 and create your DVD. It also allows you to preserve cell/chapter points.
