Hope someone can help with this.
Having used AverTV Studio (and supplied software) fine for about 4 months, a few weeks before Christmas, I lost sound (Audio properties) and then all my recordings started to become 2x the size they should be, can't remember what I did to cause this (maybe WinXP hotfixes). but have since removed software and drivers, uploaded New versions from AverMedia website, but all have not fixed the problem.
Helpdesk has not come up with any ideas.

Forgot to say that PowerVCR and WinDVR Demo's all seem to capture with the correct file sizes
