Please...Can somebody tell me how to add non permanent subtitles to SVCD's and what programs to use.
I know how to add permanent subtitles ...., but I didn't find any clues on adding non permanent subtitles...

winsubmux can multiplex MPEG2 and subtitles, but you'll need to get your subtitles in to submux format (or in to Phillips SVCD Designer format and then delete the header from the .sub file). If you're ripping from DVD you use subrip, if you're writing your own I think you use Sub Station Alpha to author and MaestroSBT to convert the SSA file.
Note that not all players can display SVCD or CVD subtitles.
