Ugh! Is there any solution for this? I have an ATI TV Wonder VE card and Mpeg1 capture is fine. However, anything in Mpeg2 has horizontal green lines that show up during and on the final capture.
I have tried the latest drivers on the ATI page as well as the beta drivers.
I have used PowerVCRII, Adobe 6.5, and the ATI capture apps, all with the same results.
Here is an example of what I get:

I have:
XP Pro
Athonlon 1.2ghz
Geforce2 GTS (32mb)
around 700mb of sdram
40gig hard drive (7200 rpm)

I think I might know the problem. I believe I need a faster CPU. I have an Athlon 1.2 Ghz and I believe I need at least a 2 Ghz proc to get a clean capture. Anyone else?
BTW, I traded in the TV Wonder VE for the TV Wonder and it has the same problem.
