I'm hoping someone has some suggestions. I'm trying to convert some video files to VCD and it's converting, but plays back with no sound. The files are DivX and I'm having an interesting problem playing them as well. If I run them through Windows Media Player, I get sound, but a still picture unless I put it in full screen mode, at which point it plays fine. Switch back to windowed mode and it locks again.

Any ideas?
