I have scanned (on a lab) an old (1959) 16 mm film to DV-casette.
The film is on 16 fps, and the film on DV is 25 fps.
I tested VirtualDub with default except framerate, and got a result that is not satisfied. Is there any way to get the film to vcd so that it looks ok with time (on 25 fps its almoust half of the correct time)?
