I'm trying to convert Divx to SVCD with Tmpgenc 2.59. I'm using wizard becouse this makes possible to perfect fit file size to 80min CDR. Anyway, I need to use a little below standard 1600 kbs average bitrate and it seems like I can't do this. Is this possible? And if, how to do this?
Thanks.

Before clicking Start to encode, hit load, browse to the "Extra" subdirectory of your Templates folder, and load the "unlock" template. Then you can modify the standard template settings for this encoding session.

Hmm... thanks for reply, however, is there any method to get bitrate-change working in wizard? I've been trying modifying template named 'SVCD - PAL' but without luck.

I used this tutorial, it tells you how to make your own templates. Ignore the info before tmpenc. I use the same basic theory for my VBR VCD's, SVCD's, and DVD-R's. The templates will appear in the wizard when saved. Good Luck:
