  1. I need some expert's help on creating a DVD disc. I exported a project from Premiere to 6 MPG2 file for a total length of 45 minutes. I then use MYDVD try to author the disc. However, after a while, MYDVD complains about data exceeded multiplexed bit rate. What does that mean? Has any one seen this? I went back to Premiere and exported to the MYDVD format, which is *.m2v and the *.wav file. MYDVD complains the same thing. Can anyone help? Thanks,.

  2. The total bitrate of your video, audio and subpicture streams plus multiplexing overhead can't exceed 10080 kbps. For your example that works out to:

    Code:
         10080 kbps     maximum multiplexed bitrate
        -  280 kbps     multiplexing overhead
        ------
          9800 kbps max elementary stream bitrate
        - 1536 kbps audio bitrate (PCM Stereo *.WAV)
        ======
          8264 kbps     video bitrate (MPEG-2 *.m2v)
    If your MPEG-2 video bitrate exceeds 8264 kbps, you'll receive an error like the one you described.
