    Is there a way to upgrade the dvd player's firmware (e.g. 1.068_adv -> 1.308_adv)? I have model Pioneer 350S.

    I hava a tokai 715 @ home and upraded the dvd reader (connected it to pc) and upgraded the player itself (burned firmware on a cdrw and inserted that in dvd player, powered on and he started with flashing itself)
    now I'm able to read dvd-r datatrack media and before this was not possible ...

    don't know if there are pages where you can find info on how you can update your dvd reader.
