I've been struggling to get AfroPic to work for weeks - the same problems many others have had.
Today I ran the "Compile Latest CVS" option from the "install mpeg2enc" file FIRST and then ran "Install" from "install mpeg2enc". (I got this from a previous thread of yours, not the "read me first" file).
AfroPic now works - and what a great program it is!
Bilestyle, it might make it easier if the menu for "install mpeg2enc" reads:
1. Compile Latest CVS
2. Install
Options
3. Check for install
4. Remove install
I suspect people are using "install mpeg2enc" in the sequence of the options - i.e. "Check for install first" and "compile latest CVS' last - and this is causing the problems.
Great program!
