tmpgenc and d2v file error.

hi, i'm using the newest version of tsunami and forced film the vob files to a d2v file using vob2avi 1.82. i've seen the tuts on this and it shows that they choose the d2v file for the video source. but when i try to add it it just tells me that it can't open, or that it's unsupported. how do i allow tsunami to accept the d2v file? that's my only problem.

If you get an error message when opening the video or audio like file unsupported
or you get an empty(black) video preview window
or the video look wierd in the video preview window like green or purple or pink
Be sure that you have installed the DivX Codecs (both DivX 3.11, 4 and 5) and also try with the Nimo Codec Pack. If that does not work try to change the codec reader settings in TMPGEnc under Option->Environmental settings->VFAPI plug-in and right click on the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader and increase the priority to 1 or 2 and try open the video.

hi, i already have nimo installed and set that priority to 1(the highest of all) but still nothing is working. Should it automatically accept d2v files?

What on earth does NIMO have anything to do with TMPGEnc and D2V ??
NIMO is an AVI codec pack, one of the worst if you ask me, i've seen too
many PC's hanging on MPG/AVI playback because of that codec!

Anyway, to your problem, you MUST have DVD2AVI.VFP located in the same
folder your TMPGEnc is! without it, it will NOT identify and open D2V files.
