Maestro Chapter Help

I rip my audio and video stream from dvd decryptor and I also have it produce a chapter text file for maestro. For some reason every time I try to load the chapter file I get a "I frame insertion error." The only time the chapter file loads is if I already encoded the video with rempeg2. So, for all movies under 2 hours I am stuck creating 30+ chapter points. Can someone help me out or have any tips.

Try This
On the Chapters right before I open the original ifo to extract my chapters using chapterxtractor i make a minor change.

I select presets for DVDmaestro then I make a change to the format.
I change the colon after %ss and before %ff to a semicolon. Then I open that original ifo and save my chapters.


%hh:%mm:%ss;%ff\n

My chapter file does not have that (%hh:%mm:%ss;%ff\n) or anything like it in the code. Should it and where? Thanks
