HI, I HAVE NERO 5.5.0.3 , IT HAS THE VCD ENCODER WITH IT, after i began to burn a vcd, it encoded the avi file to mpeg, it took 20 hours!! is there some faster program, also when finished i did not get the vcd to play on my pc, i treid another vcd and it played. please hlelp.
id like to make a vcd from avi files. could u please tell me what are the best programs to get and how to use them. thanks

Check left hand side in Convert Guide. I believe you can use TMPGenc to convert avi to mpeg and then burn with Nero.
