  1. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i am a newbie and don't know much, and smell bad. I have a teac cd-w54e and when i get into nero it says, "The win aspi file ?.? cannot be found. therefore you can only select image recorder." i have the ability to burn music, just no success with movies. nero isn't the only program i've had problems with, so any knowledge that could be passed down would be greatly appreciated.

  4. I'm not exactly sure what the drivers are. like i said, i'm a newbie and i smell. if it's the software that came with it, then that might be a problem because i never got any. i've taken the cd drives out and reinstalled them on many times all with the same result. all i want is to be able to watch movies i've downloaded from the internet, on my standalone and so far i've done nothing but dissapoint myself. again, any help is greatly appreciated.

  5. Have you installed norton ghost. This exact same thing happened when I installed norton ghost on my computer. I have ghost 2001 and Nero 5.0 running. I even contacted symantec and they said it was a nero file. Try running the nero setup. If that doesn't work. Uninstall nero completely and reinstall it and it should fix it,it worked for me.
    Best of luck to ya.
