How do I burn a DVD with nero?

I created an Image with SpruceUP and I need to know the settings to burn the IMG file with.

What I do is use Daemon tools mount the image then do a DVD COPY in Nero. This process allows me to play on all my players including my PS2.

Hmm... I did it only once, but I remember that in my process I just created VIDEO_TS (some option in SpruceUP) and then I burned DVD-Video with Nero by adding all files from SpruceUP's VIDEO_TS to NEro's.
