I am getting ready to install my Christmas presents: a Pioneer A05, an 80GB hard drive and a firewire card. My Pioneer will be replacing my current CD-ROM drive which I believe is a master as will the Pioneer (I also have a CD-RW as a slave). Is there a particular order I should install these components in? Can I install all three and then restart my computer or should I install one at a time, starting the computer after each is installed? I'm running a Pentium 4 1.5Ghz with 512MB RAM and WinXP Home as the OS. I've installed hardware before but only one at a time so am not sure the best way to proceed. Thanks for any suggestions.
Pam
