CloneCD Error?

Hi,
I previously used CloneCD to copy VCDs with no problem. I just upgraded my computer. I now have win98 and the same burner as before, a Plextor 8/4/32a. I redownloaded CloneCD. It reads the vcd fine, but when I write I get:
Writing to CD Failed
Medium Error: Write Error
Loss of Streaming
(3xocxo9)

I tried several different discs and tried to re-download Clone. Still the same thing. Any ideas?

Heya, hope after all these years you'll see this, haha. Building a retro PC and I ran into the exact same problem, please tell me you figured out a way to fix it? Its super important that I get this thing working.
