    Whoa! That's a big jump. What you really want, IMHO, is

    That's the ASPI drivers from Adaptec, useful for having CDRW's and DRDR's recognized by your software, particullary NERO.

    I was having this same problem and installed the aspi link you described. This, however, did not fix the error message. What am I missing?
