    Ok. Which program do I use to convert these video types? I am wanting to watch a video on my DreamCast and the program I have will only play AVI videos encoded in the MPEG-1 format. How can I do this?

    well the best program out there and it is free is TMPGE beta version A or B.
    Your AVI must be at 352x240 to make a standard VCD. If its 480x480 then thats for SVCD.
