    When I use the guide on this site to join some SVCD files I have in TMPGEnc I load the MPEGs. I then go to doubleclick on one of them like the tutorial says to be able to clip the movie. I then get an error message saying 'Illegal MPEG Video Stream.' How can I fix this?

    Use demuxone.exe from DVMPEG Darim Vision.

    After that you can remux the audio and video in TMPGEnc which then has no problem demuxing or editing the file !
