When using the source range in TMPGEnc to cut movies I often get the bar to slide at first and then it locks up. If I let it sit for a few minutes it usually unlocks but not always. If I try to exit out of the program it says that (this program is not responding). I have even un and reinstalled the program. Am I doing anything wrong? I am using the guides from this site to create my svcds.
