    Okay i use virtual dub to extract the audio.I use TMPG to convert.I have read every help guide on here and my audio synce is still out.Any suggestions.
    Audio will be fine but will go out than come back in than go out and come back into Sync.
    Should i try another program?If so what besides TMPG would you suggest.

    What format is your video file?

    What format are your converting it to?

    and What software are you using to play it?

    My file is Divx i'm trying to convert it to Mpeg for vcd and i use my home DVD player.It seems that TMPG works for some and then other they are all screwed up.

    can u just load up your divx movie into TMPGEnc. then just encode it to vcd.
