Flaskmpeg problems

I'm trying to rip a dvd and use the FlaskMpeg directions but everytime i start the encode in Flaskmpeg using Avisynth
it just hangs , not to mention everytime i open the actual file from Smartripper only in FlaskMpeg it starts it in the middle , i've tried two verisons of flaskmpeg same problem can ne one help me what should i do

I hope you used SmartRipper in "File Mode"?
