I have made a few svcd's from avi files , all have been sweet. But the last one, was a bit jumpy, Sound was good , image was great, but was a bit jumpy. What can cause this, ??
Super Video-CD NTSC Film (MPEG-2 480x480 23.976fps CBR 2520kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps) which is what was needed, but still a bit jumpy. Any suggestions how to get this to stop , or what caused it plz. TIA
Since i wrote this on another forum , i have experienced this again. The film seems fine ,but just visible to the eye ,u can see jumping , like a nano sec or summing ,lol but it is happening. Surely someone has experienced this before. Thnx![]()
