Problem playing VCD's with images

Hi,

I have a Samsung S224, and it plays all my VCD's perfectly except those which I've added an image to the beginning, such as a title screen or something. When it loads the VCD the screen goes black. I can skip to the movie but the screen is still black (although there is saound). Even when I stop it it stays black, and I have to turn the machine off and on again before it is back to normal. Could anyone tell me whether this is a bug with the player or what? I made the VCD by creating an image with VCD Easy. and burnt it with Nero...the strangest thing of all is when I tried them out in the UK, it worked perfectly (I'm using it in Spain now).

Try updating to MJPEG Tools 1.6.0-rc2 from the VCDEasy beta site. This seems to fix the problems with the default version of MJPEG Tools with encoding dodgey mpeg still images (they reported don't work properly on some players).
