hey,
im trying to deinterlace w/ little distortion. using vdub's deinterlace blur filter wasn't bad but not the best. ive heard of people have better results w/ some kind of telecine settings. ive tried some different things in vdubs and kept coming up short.
some1 told me to try AVISynth w/ VirtualDub.. but i dunno what avisynth is.. from doing some searches in the forums all ive been able to come up with is that its good for encoding.. which sorta relates to what im trying to do.
i was wondering if any1 could help push me in the right direction...
Thanks guys
jerets

AviSynth is a scripting language designed to edit several kinds of media and then frameserve it to another application. It's similar to VDub's filter and frameserver functions, although the filters are not identical, of course (and, on my Duron 1300, VDub 1.4.13 is a bit faster).
There are only 10 types of people in the world:
Those who understand binary
and those who don't.
