I have mpegs I want to make into a vcd, but when I do it I get a message saying that it is a invalid source. The size is wrong (160x112) is there a way to change it to the correct size? I am trying to use NTI cd-maker deluxe. I am very new so any info would be helpful.

I think you have no choice but to re-encode the movie. That would give you two options: resize the video to fit 352x240 (or 352x288 for PAL) or letterbox it (put black borders around the picture).
There are only 10 types of people in the world:
Those who understand binary
and those who don't.
