  1. I captured something on the best possible quality and it is too big to fit onto a DVD+R. It is about 4.57G, and I need to resize it to 4.3G or so to fit. I know I will lose a little quality but I need to do that in order to make it fit. I then need to make the large file inot .vob format, What tools can I use to do this? It is a .mpg file which I believe it MPEG2.

    Can anyone please help me!!!

    Thanks

I would start by demultiplexing the file into raw video and audio stream. Use Tmpeg to do that. If your audio is a wav or pcm file you trancode that and you might save the 200MB's you ned to trim. If your capture card did the audio in one ot those uncompressed formats it will be large, probably 1GB by itself.
