Hi,
I downloaded a svcd file in BIN format, along with the cue file. After I burned it using Nero I noticied the picture was real bad and all these lines came up on the screen. Any suggestions?
I have a HP 9300 CD-Writer(writes up to 10X) and a Electrohome EH8181A. I used a TDK CD-R and burned at 10X.

1.) (S)VCDs shouldn't be burnt with more than 8x because they don't use error correction (sometimes you get short pauses and/or pixel errors if you burn too fast).
2.) Use Isobuster, CDMage or some program like that to extract the MPEG from the BIN/CUE, then watch it on your computer. If the quality is still that bad it is obviously because of a bad source file. There are only 10 types of people in the world:
Those who understand binary
and those who don't. -
You can also use "daemon" tools to view this file in a virtual drive. It should be in the tools section, works well.
