hi, I had downloaded a DVD rip movie that is in avi format and when burning into VCD format using NERO at 4x, the quality of the video images degrades and changed into full screen mode. Also when the VCD is played, the audio and the video images do not concide.

My enquiry is that, how to convert the avi format into VCD format (80min)
without losing the quality of the video images? So when I play the VCD, is it possible as if I am watching a VCD with DVD quality?
