Hey. I was wondering if any of you guys know how to comprees files like this one

What that is is a fake bleem hack. It doesnt work, it just caused my computer to restart. I've seen other ones that arnt fake, but I cant get them now.

Does anyone know how to compress files like that? I've seen one geg compressed into a few megs and it worked.

If oyu know how to do this please tell me. Thanks
