    i read that nero doesn't allow chapters so i am trying to download the program tscv and i can't seem to find it. does anyone know of a better program for chapters and menu's or a place to get it.

    VCDEasy is highly recommended. I don't think that TSCV is an active project anymore...

    VCDEasy (like TSCV actually), use VCDImager as the back-end to create menus and chapters. It has the advantage that it simplifies the task by it's GUI. It also provides a GUI for MJPEGTools (to encode high resolution mpeg stills used as the backgrounds for menus) and CDRDAO (for burning your disc).
