    please i have tried to make a divx vcd with tmpenc i did everything it asked it played brilliant on the pc but when i tried to play it back in my napa dav 311 vcd player and several others so i know its not that oit played back jumpy. PLS help me i tried all the divx i have and othing seems to work thx people

    Firstly, try to post in the correct forum in the future. You will much more likely get the answers you want.

    As to your problem, there have been lots of reports of "skippy" video on the NAPA and I don't think that it is related to DivX conversion.

    Search for "NAPA" on the forums and you will find more info.
