    i have a vcd that is made of jpegs...i need one of those pics converted back to jpeg...what software will work to convert this back???my wife needs this pic for a xmas gift and like an idiot i deleated it from my pc....thanks......

    If you have PowerDVD, you can load your VCD, move the navigation bar to where the image you want, select the camera button, and it captured on your clipboard.
